Please note the following as a guide when sending your faulty device to us for repair.

  • The card or Memory Stick should be set in its entirety, any bits that have snapped off or broken should be included.
  • If you still have any casing or original packaging, please use this to send the device to us.
  • Package the device well, wrapping the device with bubble wrap, or tissue paper that is held in place with tape will keep the device safe and ensure that it arrives with us in the best possible condition.
  • Seal in a padded envelope or small box.
  • Always ensure that you include our own address and the return address on the outside of the box.
  • Use either a recorded postage method or courier service to guarantee that the device arrives promptly and safely.
