Recent investment in improved and upgraded facilities have seen recovery times reduced from the standard quoted time frames. Currently the popular Gold Service will see your failed device recovered and returned to you within 5-6 days from receipt of the failed / faulty device in our workshops. The Business orientated Platinum Service offers a 2-4 day service which often sees data returned to customers within 48 hours.
With improved facilities R3 Data Recovery is now able to offer improved timescales when recovering large capacity devices of 16GB or over. Traditionally thees larger capacities have taken much longer owing to the complexity and sheer processing time of reading data directly from 4 or more NAND chips, which make up the standard 16GB / 32GB or 64GB device. Recent recoveries included a 32GB USB Memory Stick with a failed controller which was recovered within 2 days of the recovery process being commenced. The whole process was considerably slowed by the device having 4 data chips which needed reading individually before the data could be recoded into a useable format.
R3 have also increased their data storage capacity which given the popularity of large capacity flash media is a wise move as fully 16.3GB of data was extracted from the recent 32GB Recovery. Our popularity has seen recent Flash Device recoveries completed for customers in Finland, Ireland, Qatar, Singapore as knowledge of our capabilities is now recognised on the worldwide market.
